From the developer

I created Overload because I found myself in need of a powerful weightlifting and calorie tracker. For the past 4 years I’ve used a myriad of apps designed by people who don’t lift, for people who do. The lacking functionality, impractical-ness and having to use multiple apps for a single purpose prompted me to go on this journey.

Overload aims to fix all of those pain points and fully support you on your fitness journey, allowing you to make your workout and diet as effective as possible.
